Slim'Tea:

- Bring 1.5L of water to the boil
-Add 7 to 9 tablespoons of Slim Tea cure and let infuse over low heat for 30 minutes
-Turn off the heat, cover the infusion for one to two hours
- Filter the preparation and bottle it.
-Repeat the operation with the leaves used, this time with 1L of water

Once the preparation is done, it can be stored in the refrigerator.

Diuretic:

Preparation: 

• Bring 200 ml of water to the boil
• Add 1 teaspoon (3 grams)
• Let infuse at 95°C for 6 minutes
