Directions for use

Preparation :

Bring 200 ml of water to the boil
Add 1 teaspoon (3 grams)
Let infuse at 95°C for 5 minutes
Pour the mixture into a cup
Wait a few minutes before drinking it (it's hot).

Directions for use:2 cups per day maximum for the OWARI BOOST ROUTINE, until mid
afternoon.

Conservation :BOOST ROUTINE OWARI should be stored in its original packaging, away from
light, heat and humidity.
